Columbus, GA- William Carey University opens play at 10:00 am EST on Thursday May 2nd as they take on Emmanuel College in the 2013 SSAC Softball Championship at South Commons Park.

Montgomery, Ala.- #14 William Carey University picked up a much need doubleheader sweep as they defeat Faulkner University 1-0 and 5-2 Saturday afternoon at Hal Wynn Field.

Norcross, Ga.- William Carey University softball standout Hannah Cook-Kelley has been named SSAC Player of the Week for the week ending on April 14th.

Hattiesburg, Miss.- #14 William Carey was on the verge of key SSAC West Division doubleheader sweep however #9 Belhaven rallied in game two as they Lady Crusaders and Lady Blazers split Tuesday afternoon at Joseph & Nancy Fail Field.

Cleveland, Tenn.- #12 William Carey University was oh so close to an SSAC sweep but in the end they had to settle for a split with #4 Lee University Saturday afternoon.

Gainesville, Ga.- #12 William Carey University fell victim to a two out barrage in game one however they rallied in game two as they split their Southern States Athletic Conference doubleheader with #16 Brenau University.

Columbus, Ga.- #20 William Carey Universities quest for the 2013 SSAC Championship came to an end as they fell to Brenau University 4-3 Friday afternoon at South Commons Park.
Columbus, Ga.- It was feast or famine for #20 William Carey University on day one of the 2013 SSAC Softball Championship. In the first game of the day WCU rolled over Emmanuel College 17-2 but in the night cap the Lady Crusaders didn't have an answer for #3 Lee University as they fell to Lady Flames 10-2.
COLUMBUS, Ga. - The Southern States Athletics Conference released its regular season softball awards at the conference's postseason banquet, with 15 members from William Carey University receiving honors.
