Clinton, MS- Joash Osoro looks to continue his dominance during the 2012 season as William Carey men and women's cross country teams will battle for the SSAC Championship on Saturday at Choctaw Trails in Clinton.

Norcross, GA- The Southern States Athletic Conference has announced the 2012 Men's and Women's Cross Country All-Academic Teams. WCU standouts Dean Pace, Channing Stringer, Kayla Byrd and Yaila Zotzmann were named to this years team.

Clinton, MS- William Carey women's cross country posted a time of 1:46:44 as they finish 11th in the 2012 Choctaw Open hosted by Mississippi College at Choctaw Trails.

Lake Buena Vista, FL- William Carey women's cross country posted a time of 1:52:40 as they finish 17th in 5K event at the Walt Disney World Wide World of Sports.

Hattiesburg, MS- William Carey men and women's cross country coach Ben Smith has released his biweekly video blog update.

Pensacola, FL- William Carey women's cross country posted a time of 1:51:35 as they finish in eighth place in the Gulf Coast Stampede hosted by the University of West Florida.
Vancouver, Washington- William Carey cross country standout Joash Osoro posted a time of 24:36 to finish in 6th place in the 2012 NAIA Cross Country National Championship at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site.
Norcross, Ga.- Senior Joash Osoro was named SSAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Year and All-SSAC while Kayla Byrd was named All SSAC as announced by the Southern States Athletic Conference.
Clinton, MS- Kayla Byrd secured a spot in the 2012 NAIA National Championship on Saturday with an 8th place finish in the Southern States Athletic Conference Championship at Choctaw Trails in Clinton.
