Hattiesburg, Miss.- William Carey University cheerleading coordinator Emily Sheckells has announced that tryouts for the 2013-14 Cheer Squad will be held at 8:00 am on April 20th in Clinton Gym.

New York, NY- William Carey University women's soccer/ track & field/ cheerleader standout Ashlee Arnau's amazing journey continued as she was a guest on The Today Show (NBC) on Tuesday Morning. Arnau attempted to duplicate the amazing half court shot in Rockfellar Plaza with Today Show host Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker, Natalie Morales, and national television audience looking on.

Hattiesburg, Miss.- Ashlee Arnau finally made "the half-court shot." The junior from Hattiesburg nailed the half-court shot/ soccer style flip throw in at halftime of the Crusaders final home game against SSAC rival Auburn-Montgomery.
