General Information on the squad:

• The squad will consist of 8 to 12 people; Guys and Girls.
  
•  All squad members are required to have and maintain a 2.5 Cumulative GPA.
  
•  The WCU cheerleading squad cheers at all men's and women's home games.
  
•  The squad will attend a summer camp. This is mandatory and not excusable. 
  
•  Practices are mandatory! We have practice twice a week. Work is not an excuse.
  
•  Each member is required to fulfill workout hours every week. 
  
•  The squad makes personal appearances on and off campus that are mandatory.
  
•  If you do not know how to tumble, you must be willing to learn.

• Scholarships are available to all applicants. Scholarship amounts will be based on years on squad and grades.  
• The University provides the cheerleading uniforms.
  
• All members are required to pay for the following:
  Bloomers
  Shoes
  T-shirts
