High School Girls Residential Team Camp

2012 WCU HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER CAMP

Dear Parents and Campers:

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the 2012 William Carey University High School Soccer Camp. We are excited to have the opportunity to share our love of the game of soccer with you. Our camp is designed to generate an outstanding soccer experience which will increase each camper's knowledge of the game. Individual and team practice sessions, combined with competitive matches, will provide each camper with a unique learning environment.
 
Where: Crusader Field- William Carey University
 
Camp 1:  July 12-14, 2012
Camp 2:  July 19-21, 2012
  
Cost:  $250 per individual-
**price includes t-shirt, camp insurance (excess medical only), meals, and housing**

MISSION STATEMENT: To create a positive environment for all players to learn and improve the fundamental, technical and tactical skills of the game of soccer.
   
*Items to bring with you*: bedding, toiletries, shower shoes, training gear (i.e. clothes, cleats, shin guards, etc.), additional clothing, water jug, gloves and GK jersey for goalkeepers
 
PARENT'S STATEMENT & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The parent/guardian must give consent for the registered camper to participate in the activities of this camp, to include the specific sport activities and any other recreational activities conducted at the camp. The undersigned parent/guardian understands that the camper will engage in physical activity during the camp which contains some inherent risk of physical injury, and assumes all risk and releases William Carey University, its officers, Directors, Agents, and Employees as well as Danny Owens and any assigned coaches or volunteers working for the camp from any and all liability for personal injury arising out of the camper's participation in the camp program.. If at any time it is necessary for the camper to receive outside or professional medical attention, the parent/guardian hereby gives consent to secure the services and arrange transportation to a medical facility if deemed necessary. It is understood that campers are held responsible for all medical expenses resulting from sickness, accidental injury or any other non camp-related injury or illness acquired at the time of the camp. William Carey University and Danny Owens  does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, handicap/disability or veteran status.
