Hattiesburg, MS- William Carey University women's soccer team will open defense of their Gulf Coast Athletic Conference title tomorrow at home as they take on #5 seed LSU-Shreveport at 1:00 pm at the WCU Soccer Complex.
   

The Lady Crusaders are 12-3-1 on the season and went 7-1 in GCAC play to take the number one and thus earning the rights to host the GCAC tournament.

 
Carey will take on LSU-Shreveport who opened tournament play on Tuesday defeating #4 seed Spring Hill College, 3-1, to move into the semi-finals.
   
The other semi-final contest features #2 seed Mobile taking on #3 seed Belhaven.
   
Kick-off between the Lady Crusaders and LSUS is set for 1:00 and will be followed by Mobile and Belhaven.
   
The 2008 GCAC Women's Soccer Championship game is set for 6:00 pm
   
Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for students with ID.
