Hattiesburg, MS- Junior Matt Hungerman has been named Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Men's Golf Player of the Week for the week of October 20-27.

Hungerman, a native of Mandeville, LA, fired rounds of 74-67-71 to tie for first and then birdied the fourth hole of a sudden death playoff to take home the individual title at the 2008 Gulf Coast Invitational at Windance Golf Club hosted by Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
