Magnolia, Ark- The William Carey offense managed just four hits and Crusaders pitching surrendered nine walks as they fall to No.5 Southern Arkansas, 11-1.

 

WCU starter Ian Sharp walked five of the first six batters he faced as they SAU plated fours run in the first inning without recording a hit. The Muleriders would plate all 11 runs before Carey scratched on a Garrett Braley RBI in the sixth.

 

WCU and SAU conclude their two game series tomorrow at 2:00 pm at Mulerider Field.
