Mobile, AL- William Carey committed 27 turnover and shot a dismal 35% from the floor as they fall to the University of Mobile, 73-58 Thursday night at Pharr Gym.
Leading 13-12 with 11:10 to play in the half, Mobile reeled off a 17-3 run to open up a 29-16 lead. Mobile held a 35-24 lead at the break and in the second half the Crusaders could never get closer than eight points.
Marcus Spann led Carey with 13 points.
Carey is back in action on Saturday as they take on Southern University New Orleans. Tip-off is set for 7:00 pm at the Castle.
