Hattiesburg, MS-  William Carey pitching surrender nine walks and LSU-Shreveport took full advantage and they rout the Crusaders 10-0, Friday night at Milton Wheeler Field.

The Pilots scored one run each in the first and second innings and then took full advantage of Carey control problems in the third inning.  A lead off blooper, two infield hits, five walks and one line drive led to six Pilot runs. The lead ballooned to 10-0 as Andrew Brouillette smashed a two run homer in the fourth inning to cap the scoring for both teams.

Justin Ennis stifled Carey hitters with a two hit shutout. Will Dannelley doubled and Jacob Casey singled for the only two Carey hits. Ian Sharp took the loss going 2 2/3 innings allowing 7 runs.

Carey and LSUS will conclude their three game GCAC series tomorrow with a double header beginning at 1:00 pm at Milton Wheeler Field.
